Voting 101: At the Shrine Social Club

You vote. GREAT! But ask yourself: Are you an informed voter— do you know who you voted for, why you voted for them and what they have done in office? Do you know who represents you in national, state, local and school government?

If you want to learn more about being a civically engaged and informed citizen, join us for a nonpartisan conversation at the Shrine Social Club, 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM, with Jennifer Swindell, a 30-year Idaho journalist. She reports on policy creation and elections and will share with you tips and resources for watchdogging those who spend your hard-earned tax dollars.

Tickets - $10 in advance, $15 at the door - includes one free drink ticket.
