Description

City Club of Boise After Hours Event: Syrian Cross-Culinary Class

If you share our love for good food and storytelling, join City Club of Boise for our Valentine's Day Cooking Class in partnership with Idaho Office for Refugees! You don't have to put on fancy clothes or even leave the house for this date (but if you want to dress up for that special someone, by all means!).

We’ll provide what you need to make authentic dishes taught virtually by the talented Shadi Ismail, a Boise chef and artist whose love for cooking began as a child in Syria.

Chef Shadi will lead us in preparing a Syrian Cuisine Kefta & Arabic Salad. In addition to delicious food, expect lots of storytelling, q & a, and great conversation during this class!
